The products of HR solutions provide the foundation for a reliable delivery of all personnel processes globally, covering the entire lifecycle of an employee - from their hiring to the retirement. Our products reach every single employee in BASF Group. Our systems cover global payroll, time management, HR data management employee self-services as well as travel management. In addition, we enable BASF to hire the best talent and to develop their full potential through our talent management product suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partial project management lead of our HR Solutions Transformation to SuccessFactors Employee Central and the journey of implementation at BASF (international rollout).
Conceptualization and development of new requirements in HR master data processes and subsequent mapping in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding. Demonstrate the ideal best practices options.
In-house consulting for international HR departments and countries, including our HR Business Service organizations.
Representative as a product visionary for our HR IT roadmap and presentation of the strategic direction of Employee Central for all HR departments.
Active participation in project application and request for proposal process of an implementation partner.
Close exchange with internal IT departments and other SF module teams (Platform Suite incl. RBP and Talent Intelligence Hub, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance Goals, Succession Development.
Joint responsibility with our domestic and foreign departments for the further development of our system landscape.
Coaching your colleagues on technical and professional issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration.
In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (additional modules/integration desirable).
Experience in at least one major transformation project of SAP HCM and the sub-module PA and adjacent HCM modules desirable.
Strong personality and good change- and project-management skills are an advantage.
Experience in managing external service providers as well as stakeholder engagement/management.
Confident, professional, and convincing appearance, strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Fluent German and English skills
