As part of the Logistics Team, within HR Department you will lead or supporting recruitment, assist with employee on boarding procedures and maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, benefits administration and give cross functional support within different support office functions.
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities, Support for leaders with the development of their teams.
Developing leadership competences of current and future leaders, including motivating, providing feedback, building development plans, resolving conflicts.
Monitoring and working with HR Key Performance indicator.
Support and work cross functional within different support functions.
Qualifications Qualifications To be successful in the role as a Junior HR Generalist, we believe you are a strategic thinking business partner, with strong communication skills.
Knowledgeable regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts, and workplace investigation.
Your inclusive and natural leadership style support you in be able to coach others to perform at their best.
In addition, your agile mindset means you are flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
What you need to succeed, An interest in working in a dynamic team and fast paced environment.

Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge in HR core activities (e.
., training, onboarding, recruitment) Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MIRO and POWER BI knowledge is highly welcomed but not mandatory.
Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken is mandatory.
