YOUR OPPORTUNITY Your Opportunity You will lead the HR Strategy and Business Partnering for the Southern Europe Cluster teams.
With these teams spread across Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy, a very high level of connection and support must be maintained across geographies and cultures.
You are the ‘go to’ HR expert for senior leaders of these functions and you will work with them to deliver a compelling and stretching people agenda.
This role will be based in Barcelona and require travel throughout markets whilst reporting to the Southern Europe Cluster Managing Director.

You will be responsible of 6 direct reports including HR Business Partners and lead the HR support function for approximately 500 employees across the Southern Europe Cluster of four markets (Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy) BUSINESS PARTNERING.
Be a genuine HR business partner for the assigned functions Provide coaching and counselling to the senior leaders, and wider teams, across the Hire to Retire scope  Build, maintain and continually look to grow effective and impactful relationships with stakeholders  Be seen as a credible and skilled HR business partner and champion the talent and teams you work with Have and share a ‘business’ mind when working with the teams, expanding beyond HR matters HR STRATEGY AND PROGRAMS.
Help support the development of the HR strategy and ensure implementation of it across the relevant functions Engage teams and drive deployment of key processes and programs Take the lead in key initiatives, including beyond the teams you are aligned to, and represent HR on relevant senior teams / extended teams at Regional level You may be involved from time to time in HR discussions for our Manufacturing Plant in Turino, Italy and Global Technology team in Barcelona, Spain ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY.
Support design and ensure implementation of organizational changes aligned with the organization model and talent strategy Assess needs and drive critical capabilities programs for the groups in line with global people strategy and plans Be the leader in steering the functions and teams on what the key programs are PRIMO ENGAGEMENT.
Know the Primo engagement & Belonging levels for the functions and teams you support Guide and steer the function leaders to implementation of action plans that drive improvements and ensure effective reporting and communication of progress TALENT DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITION.
Partner with Talent Management team to identify Learning and Development needs for the functions and assist in the roll out and implementation of key programs and trainings Take the lead on the Talent Review process and ensure succession and development planning is under control and progressing Ensure the matrix is involved and all parties are aligned on the talent view of the teams Support leaders and Primos in creation and implementation of development plans – be a source of support and ideas for ensuring actionable and meaningful development actions are linked to succession plans Ensure leaders follow a transparent conversation process with teams on succession and development Recruit key talent into the functions, both internal and external, and ensure alignment with Belonging at Bacardi principles SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy.
12+ years in HR generalist environment with multi geographical experience, holding positions of Senior HR Leadership in Spain and at least one additional market Experience bringing teams and leaders together to encourage diversity of thought and achieve an agreed and aligned position that lasts beyond the end of a meeting Assertive lead for talent development and coaching across all levels of an organization Can influence and change views and decisions in a matrix organization Sound practice across budget management and the employee hire-to-retire lifecycle Proficiency in Spanish is essential with a comfortable level of Business English Note.
language skills in Portuguese, Italian and Greek are nice to have
