Why Join Us | DuPont Careers The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing business intelligence within the Human Resources department.
Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, this position will support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from large datasets.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integration, and alignment of HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to driving data-driven improvements in HR processes and functions.
This position is essential for leveraging data to inform strategic planning and operational efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Support Global projects from a Data & Analytics perspective; define project requirements, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field; Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology etc.
Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other BI software.
Strong communication skills in English Experience in Python for data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with SQL and database management experience.
Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools for analysis and presentation.
Ability to break down complex data processes and design scalable solutions.
Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications.
Exposure to machine learning techniques and models for predictive analytics.
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align data initiatives with business goals.
Proven ability to understand business processes and how data can inform decision making.
Ability to manage projects and user testing.
