Including designing, implementing, and evaluation training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement; support career development for key talents to ensure organization has the right talent to meet its objective.
• Guide competency managers and employees to follow up performance management process, include set business goals,, conduct reviews and develop employees’ career.
Deeply involved in year-end performance calibration process, annual talent review session.
• Enhance employee engagement to lead to a more committed, productive and satisfied workforce; manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions; conduct exit interviews & analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage hiring needs and HC planning/reporting to ensure the efficient staffing of the technical center.
Responsible for hiring, probation period management, labor contract renews, internal/external employee transfer process.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical center HR - related data, including headcount, turnover rate, and performance evaluation results.
Use data analysis tools like Excel/Power BI/PPT to conduct in - depth analysis.
• In PDS Suzhou site, establish and maintain clear channels of communication to ensure employee feel heard and informed, such as lead be heard survey, webchat and HR mailbox management, develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement & communication, and promote culture related behaviors/activities.
• Tasks/projects assigned by manager.
