We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner in an international context. Our client is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to provide both strategic and operational guidance and services to support their business strategic objectives.As a key member of the leadership team, your responsibilities will include:Crafting and implementing the HR strategy for your designated business line, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities.Taking the lead, participating in, and driving cross-functional and cross-business projects to support the achievement of business strategies and foster staff development.Overseeing the entire talent process, collaborating closely with COEs, Business Leaders, and HRBPs to ensure a comprehensive approach to talent management and succession planning.Spearheading engagement and retention strategies that complement future of work initiatives.Coaching and assisting managers in handling employee relations matters to minimize risks and achieve favorable outcomes, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience.If you have previous experience in integrating consistent HR practices and have a proven track record of success within dynamic, commercially-driven settings, we encourage you to reach out to us at kh@elliottscotthr.comJob code: SA/17678At Elliott Scott HR, our commitment to DEI efforts extends to both our workforce and the clients we recruit for.
