Being a general point of contact for candidates and clients Creating, issuing, and handling contracts Managing invoices and payslips Collaborating with various departments, regarding financial and legal issues Communicating with clients in relation to contracts, onboarding, or other general queries Assisting any issues the candidates may have Skills, qualifications and interested you need to succeed in this role.
You have a native level of French and full professional proficiency in English You are currently based in Barcelona (NIE + SSN) You have relevant experience in Administration and HR You are able to collaborate closely with different departments You have high communication skills You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to have.
