As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities.
Leadership.
Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy for our restaurants, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and optimized processes.
Track sales and traffic at regional and restaurant levels, providing solutions to deviations and identifying local opportunities.
Lead a team of 4-5 individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Update processes to ensure smooth execution across the organization, leveraging technological solutions.
Own the platform for communication with restaurants, focusing on continuous improvement.
Cultivate an in-depth understanding of restaurant operations and customer experience to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives.
Ensure best-in-class activation for restaurants, with a focus on perfect execution and development of implementation guidelines.
Develop innovative solutions to explore new market opportunities.
Define partner agencies, processes, and ways of working with peers and suppliers.
Understand competitive activities to develop winning market plans.
Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact and results.
Collaboration.
Analyze business metrics to continuously improve promotions and activations.
Contribute to the digital transformation agenda by building a superior value proposition in restaurants.
Develop local activations to capitalize on regional festivities or key milestones.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including communication, operations, sales, CRM, CX, home delivery, and agencies.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's and/or master's degree ideally on business or marketing.
Fluency in English 10 years experience on trade marketing area being responsible of on trade (horeca) business on QSR or beverages industries.
