Let's get in touch 🚀What You’ll Be DoingBuilding a team and forming work streams for the broader Workplace and Expansion teamsDriving and executing strategic partnerships and projects to grant office space to RevolutManaging the function’s workflow across multiple countries and ensuring timely execution of goals through company-wide coordinationSupporting the Regional Heads/Group CEOs in goal setting/benchmarking, strategic and operational reviews, regional leadership, and aligning functional priorities with business goalsAssisting in strategically expanding the business through detailed market analyses on supply/demand fundamentals, leasing activity, demographics, and economic trendsDriving ongoing education on the Revolut business modelWhat You'll NeedStrong experience managing a real estate portfolio, preferably in various regionsStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience managing external/third party partners in property acquisitionsProven people leadership skills in a virtual office environmentStrong negotiation skillsNice to haveExperience setting up new offices in new regionsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
