Your Mission Thinking strategically, rather than tactically, you’ll drive the quality and profitability of a specific set of RNG Table Games and Live Dealer products on a global scale.
It means keeping on top of competitor activity, as well as global and regional trends.
The Head of Product is customer centric and has a deep knowledge of what makes a great gambling product, an experienced leader capable of managing diverse personalities across global locations, collaborating with a wider team to deliver best in class products.

What you will do Full ownership of the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer product portfolio with focus on creating innovative, market leading and disruptive products.
Contributes to strategy and leads the cross-functional team that delivers it.
Own the Games product roadmap having final sign off on game mechanics, user flows and detailed specifications.
Support the game producers in prioritising and refining individual product backlogs for assigned products, balancing the business needs of stakeholders and players.
Support game producers when collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders including.
design, architecture, security, engineering, and user enablement.
Partner with internal stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation.
Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance whilst always maintaining consideration of responsible gambling and social responsibility.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to secure data points that measure product success and efficient reporting.
What you'll bring A proven track record as a Senior Product Leader, Game Designer or similar role within Online Casino Gaming industry (RNG Table Games, Live Dealer).
Great organisational skills and a proven ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing a product team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Narrative skills.
A customer-first mindset.
Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.
Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.
A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
