HEAD OF MANUFACTURING (F\/M\/D) - ELECTRIFICATION, AUTOMATION, DIGITALIZATION (EAD)

A Snapshot of Your Day  We are looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing Network to lead our manufacturing operations within the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization (EAD) business.
The ideal candidate will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our manufacturing network to ensure optimal performance, quality, and alignment with our business goals.
How You’ll Make an Impact  Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy and efficient footprint across EAD globally to support business objectives and market demands Oversee and further shape the global manufacturing network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety Lead the integration of digital technologies and automation in manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce time-to-market as well as  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence within all manufacturing sites Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and product management teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to customer needs as well as manage capital investment and operational budgets, driving cost reductions and financial performance Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all manufacturing locations Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to enhance the manufacturing network's capabilities and innovation potential What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous At least 12 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a significant focus on electrification, automation, and digitalization Demonstrated success in managing a complex, global manufacturing network Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving change In-depth knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies, Industry 4.
, and lean manufacturing principles Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen, and project management skills Proficient in English, with additional language skills considered a plus About the Team Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
