In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.ABOUT THE JOBWe´re looking for a Head of Faculty Administration for our online programs to join the Digital campus team in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include leading the faculty department by coordinating the academic offering throughout the academic year, as well as creating, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance the student learning experience and the quality of the programs.Functions:·      Manage and oversee the performance within the faculty department of the Digital Campus.·      Plan, coordinate, and control the activities within the department, mapping processes to facilitate the rotation of responsibilities and task-sharing.·      Guarantee that EU Business School courses conform to best practices, considering the online learning and its teaching environment.·      Allocate faculty to courses in the academic year planning and organise the webinar scheduling for each term/semester. ·      Review course content and oversee the quality of courses both individually and within the program.​·      Conduct interviews and screen new faculty for vacancies within the Digital Campus, for final approval by the Head of Academics.·      Implement and execute an onboarding program for new professors.​·      Propose and coordinate the necessary training for faculty and administrative staff in the team.·      Ensure that all stakeholders in the process commit to the set deadlines for deliverables​. ·      Prepare quality reports and give periodic briefings and status updates​, as requested.·      Oversee faculty performance and follow-up on this, together with the Head of Academics.ABOUT YOUYou’ll need to show a passion for technology and education, with proven experience in online environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and have a proven ability to prioritize.
