Con impacto en la cuenta de resultados global online de la compañía el Director/a de Digital es la persona responsable de crear una experiencia digital al máximo nivel en tienda física y online. Para ello definirá y ejecutará una estrategia omnicanal que posicione la marca en los canales digitales tanto propios como de terceros generando tráfico y ventas. Principales responsabilidades
Elaboración del plan estratégico del canal.
Gestión y control de la cuenta de resultados internacional.
Seguimiento de márgenes y principales KPIs para de los objetivos anuales.
Gestión de presupuestos y negociación con proveedores.
Gestión del equipo de eCommerce.
Control selección y colaboración con los diferentes partners (agencia marketing partners desarrollo).
Coordinación del plan comercial y calendario comercial del canal.
Coordinación con el equipo de Customer Experience trasladando el feedback de los clientes a la compañía (equipos comerciales de operaciones y tiendas físicas).
Adaptación de web y localización a diferentes mercados (formas de pago devoluciones métodos de envío condiciones logísticas).
Gestión de la imagen para mantener un nivel visual acorde a la marca y al resto de canales. Mantenimiento de la web dinámica y atractiva.
Generación y distribución de mensajes en la web en coordinación con el equipo de marketing para trasladar los valores de la marca.
Gestión del tráfico. Orgánico (estrategia SEO) y de pago.
Coordinación de exposición del producto en web (fotografía información de producto traducciones creatividades contenidos...).
CRM Desarrollo y seguimiento de la comunicación a clientes Generación de campañas de email marketing plan de fidelización etc.
Experiencia en sector retail Nivel fluido de inglés
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en posición similar.
Haber participado en la acelaración digital de negocio en los últimos años.
Imprescindible experiencia en sector retail.
Imprescindible nivel fluido de inglés.
Experiencia gestionando equipos.
Start up de retail perteneciente a un grupo en crecimiento y expansión.
Pertenecer al Comité de Dirección.
Salario variable de hasta el 20 .
Flexibilidad horaria con jornada intensiva en verano.
