About the Role.
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role.
Managing all incoming calls and within the company, emails and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
Providing accurate answers to any queries from guests.
Operating Switchboard consoles, paging system and computer equipment in accordance with departmental procedures Replaying/answering internal and external calls and messages Providing first class service and information to guests Being familiar with all extensions in order to route correctly the calls Collecting correspondence from the Reservations pigeonhole.
Monitoring and structuring correspondence Handling wake up calls as requested.
Reporting possible telephone and PBX faults so that communication processes are always working at 100% efficiency.
Assisting guests to make outgoing calls About you.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.
Skills.
High level of written and verbal business English and Spanish To be familiar with Opera and Mercury system Competent computer skills and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Effective organizational skills Knowledge of another language Helpful, courteous and professional Qualifications.
Higher education in communication High school graduate Experience.
Eperience with the Opera PMS system Experience in the 5-star market At least 1-year experience in a call center About the benefits.
