GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Guest Relations Supervisor is to coordinate and supervise department staff in conjunction with the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Read emails to follow up on requests from guests and other departments.
-Complete, organize and distribute the different reports where the needs of the guests are registered and programmed according to the levels of attention for their follow-up.
-Monitor social media comments and polls to track results.
-Supervise the shipment of amenities so that all established commitments are met.
-Concentrate the releases of the month of the department for review by General Management.
-Fill out the cross selling report to keep track of sales history.
-Update the status of the restaurants in Poseidon so that guests have up-to-date information on the APP.
-Update closing and opening of restaurants in the Restaurants Iberostar system.
-Update Booking Grand file to control property locations.
-Request uniforms for new staff.
-Assist butlers with guest requests or follow-ups.
-Motivate department staff to promote Cross Selling.
-Communicate daily to the Public Relations team the relevant points that were commented on in the briefing of the General Management.
-Supervise that the personnel complies with the Appearance Standards before starting the operation.
-Have close communication with the Public Relations team to take into account suggestions or solve situations that affect the performance of the collaborator and that have repercussions on the service to the guest.
-Supervise that the rooms assigned to VIP guests and inspection visits are in perfect condition.
-Receive and dismiss CR, VIP guests or guests who have had major incidents to ensure their satisfaction.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Associate Degree Experience 1 year of supervisory 3 years of customer service experience Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Ability to work unsupervised -Able to motivate fellow team members -To be able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Detail oriented -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
