*Responsibilities and Duties* * Experience working on Media Buying Channels (Google, DSPs etc) * Experience with Re-targeting Channels * Understanding of measurement (SKAN, Payback etc) * Design, create, manage and optimise UA campaigns for our mobile games * Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping * Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organisation * Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying * Identify, develop and analyze key performance indicators * Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters * Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas *What We're Looking For* * Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage) * Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas) * Experience working with Measurement partners * Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player * Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills * Excellent written and spoken English * Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.
