We're passionate about retail transformation and solving the problem that retailers face every day to help them create more engaging shopping experiences.MISSION:As the Global Service Delivery Manager, you will manage any project activities for your assigned customer(s) (software development, hardware & software Installations, software support, hardware maintenance), ensuring the cooperation of the various departments within the organization, other TGCS entities and foreign Vendors. Operations to be managed in multiple countries, partnering with both local and international customers.You will prepare and provide relevant project documentation, leading the project implementation and delivery within the set preconditions (costs, quality, time, organisation, and communication) in such a way that the formulated project objectives (SLA achievements, Profit & Loss responsibility, milestones completion) are achieved.WORKPLACE:Hybrid – Madrid office – home working – with travel to clients as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the delivery of project objectives, while adhering to the approved project finances.Drawing up the project plan (project definition, project objectives and a program of requirements) and plan of approach.Obtaining approval for project documents.Realising the implementation of the project plan, as well as providing periodic reports in accordance with agreed project objectives and results.Define preconditions, committed to achieving the (project) objectives.As a proactive leader, provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting collaboration.Support the Sales team to define and approve the Scope of Work for related projects/services.Project completion, testing the delivered project results against the project plan and, after achieving the desired project objectives, transferring relevant knowledge and documents to the operational departments (service, product specialists, etc.)Make proposals for process and product improvement, seeking to improve the quality of the delivered process and product for future projects, products, and services.Monitoring and promoting coherence between different and interconnected projects/products.Ensure the cooperation between the various departments within the organisation, other TGCS entities and foreign Vendors is optimal.Performing all other activities that are determined by / in consultation with the manager.What you will bring to the team:Proactive, flexible, good customer facing skills & good with technical teams.Management of internal and external suppliers.Previous experience working with international customers, ideally within the IT and Retail industries. Adaptable to a fast-moving retail environment.Used to troubleshooting and reacting to issues as they appear.Commercially aware, able to demonstrate a consultative approach to project management. Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
