What you’ll do At Vodafone, we’re on a mission to become a global leader in energy procurement—securing clean, affordable, and traceable energy to power our networks.
As a Category Manager for Power Network Infrastructure (PNI), you’ll be at the heart of this transformation.
You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team within Supply Chain Management (SCM) Networks, where your expertise will help shape the sourcing strategy that supports our journey to Net Zero, ensures reliable power backup, and drives energy efficiency across our operations.
In this role, you’ll lead the sourcing of energy-related infrastructure—like batteries, diesel generators, and solar panels—from initial business engagement through to execution and award.
You’ll take ownership of procurement delivery, evaluate supplier offers, and present results with confidence, working closely with senior colleagues to find smart, sustainable solutions.
You’ll manage the PNI supply contract landscape, aligning supply sources with business needs and our category strategy.
Your insights will be powered by benchmarking and market research, helping to shape strategic decisions and identify emerging trends.
You’ll also play a key role in driving our sustainability agenda, embedding it into every aspect of your work.

Education.
You hold a degree in Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science, giving you a strong analytical and strategic foundation.

You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can communicate clearly and confidently in a global business environment.
