With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and adaptable Global Payroll Accountant Expert who is a leader in process improvements and data validations for the accurate and efficient processing of payroll.You will:Be a content expert and a go-to person for multiple interfaces as to onboarding suppliers to the company’s system, proactive problem solver, and partner to CSM team leads, COE, R&D & Product leadersLead payroll audits and process improvements for the Data & Payroll Department to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory mandates Manage, review, and validate salary changes, benefits, and equity processing between various systems as it relates to payroll Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on all payroll inquiriesDevelop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics for departmentRemain up to date with international payroll laws/regulations. Lead and train teams on the E2E process, provide guidance and expertise across the organizationRequirements:5+ years of work experience in regional/ global payroll operations with a large multi-national companyExperience in at least one of following payrolls: Belgium, Ireland, France, Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland, Egypt, Ethiopia, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Mozambique, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, United Arab EmiratesDetailed orientedCan-do positive approachFluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office suiteStrong customer service skills & experience with outsourced payroll providersAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesLeadership and great interpersonal skillsBS. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or similar
