As part of an ambitious multi-year transformation program, my client is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture (m/f/d) to shape and lead the enterprise-wide technology blueprint supporting their evolving business model.
Descripción Define and own the global enterprise architecture strategy, aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives Lead the architecture governance process, ensuring consistency, reuse, compliance, and innovation across all technology domains Develop and maintain a target-state architecture and a progressive roadmap for core platforms (Cloud, ERP, CRM, PLM, POS, E-commerce, etc.) Act as a strategic advisor to C-Levels on IT investments Collaborate with IT and business teams across brands, regions, and functions to design scalable, secure, and modern architecture patterns Ensure architecture alignment across in-house development, vendor solutions, and third-party integrations Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including several years in a global leadership role Proven track record in complex, multi-brand, multi-country environments, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, retail Deep expertise in enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Adobe, etc.), integration frameworks Experience designing for global scale while enabling local agility and brand differentiation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-level Fluent in English (other European languages a plus) Willingness to travel regularly across European hubs and Global hubs ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
