This, in turn, reduces overall production costs and protects their profit margins.We aim to lead in empowering farmers and builders to continue laboring the earth with pride, ensuring humanity's supply of food and shelter.🌍 What does a Global Account Executive do at aydiWe are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial person to join the Global Growth team to help us grow in Spanish-speaking markets worldwide, with a primary focus on LATAM & Spain. You will be working closely with the Head of Global Growth and fellow AE’s to prospect and close new opportunities.This role is on the leading edge of our expansion with fantastic opportunities for progression within aydi as we continue to grow.🫵 What will you do at aydi?Build a new business pipeline with new sales opportunitiesConvert inbound leads into prospects by hosting product Demos.Proactively develop Demos towards best-in-class standardsCreatively draft and negotiate proposalsReport to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, produce credible and qualified pipeline reportsSmoothly onboard and transition your accounts to Customer SuccessProject manage implementation for clientsConstantly improve sales material, such as scripts, demos or proposals🏆 Essential Skills & Experience2-5 years experience in a sales role, ideally as AE or AM in a software businessSpanish speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishTrack record succeeding in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.Highly driven extrovert with exceptional communication skills.You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.Proven creative problem-solving approachYou have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.➕ Bonus Skills & ExperienceTech savvy and familiar using tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNavigator etc..Direct experience of selling to companies in spanish-speaking markets (Spain or LATAM)Sales certifications/trainingOther languages⏭️ What Happens NextWe aim to have a simple and speedy hiring process and we want to make sure that we are right for you as much as the other way around.CV application review - we review all candidates!Quick chat - A member of our team will connect with you to discuss your interest in the roleInterview - A more in depth interview with the hiring managerCase Study - At home case study to show off your skills to the Head of Growth + Country Manager or FounderCulture - A chance for you to speak to other colleagues in the global team :)
