✔ Backed by Experienced Investors ✔ International Community with a Warm and Homely Atmosphere Job Description Act as a professional operational leader, mentor, and positive innovator to support sales, company growth, and overall member and staff experience & retention.
Be present with guests and staff ´on the floor´ and lead from the front, as an example for the entire team.
Lead teams with high emotional intelligence, remaining composed, positive, and unflappable even in challenging moments.
Engage with the team, members, and guests in conversation, serving as a brand ambassador for the site to maintain a positive attitude and energy that supports enjoyable, memorable, and fun experiences.
Oversee team management, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and disciplinary procedures.
Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with all local standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the senior management team, Head Chef, and other departments to drive operational excellence, menu planning, sports and other event planning and execution, service standards, staffing, team structures, and developing quarterly and annual budgets.
Be part of the membership committee and be a driver to attract and sign up new members.
Oversee the weekly and quarterly events calendar planning and execution.
Contribute to the development of systems and processes to enhance business efficiency.
Review Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and liaise with the finance manager and accounting office on accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank deposits, inventories, and general accounting procedures.
Liaise with the local financial partner to ensure all functional HR related elements of the business are adhered to and are within legal parameters.
Possess excellent analytical, proactive problem-solving, and customer service skills Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in employee relations, influence management, leadership, organization development, and change management.
Exhibit strong coaching, counselling, listening, facilitation, negotiation, advocacy, and networking skills.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale Food and Beverage (F&B) or lifestyle Hotel operations.
You ideally will have (re) opening experience.
Collaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to setting up and improving operations.
Effective business judgment, team orientation, goal orientation, and productivity skills.
A real self-starter, enjoying the process of creation.
Spanish and English languages fluency requested.
