Baltic Yachts Service and Refit Mallorca (BYSRM) based in Palma de Mallorca, the epicentre of Mediterranean yachting, offers comprehensive, wide-ranging services backed by 50 years of world-class yacht building expertise. We are seeking a General Manager to join and lead the business. This role will focus on the day-to-day activities, team management, and business operations. ResponsibilitiesDelivering uncompromised world-class customer service and qualityLeading the Service & Refit team to execute the growth strategy of Baltic Yachts’ Service & Refit business globallyParticipating in sales and marketing effortsAchieving business targets as outlined in the annual budget and long-term planStrengthening internal processes and quality managementDeveloping Service & Refit strategies and new business initiativesServing as a member of the Baltic Yachts’ Management TeamBuilding the organization’s reputation as world leaders in Service & RefitImplementing Baltic Yachts’ sustainability strategy at the core of the businessCollaborating with market-leading suppliers and partners to offer clients the best solutionsEnsuring seamless cooperation with Baltic Yachts’ operation in FinlandQualificationsOver 10 years of leadership experience within the yacht service & refit arena or the marine industryA proven record of managing profitable businesses with strong integrity and vision for future growthA result-driven approach with a clear focus on performanceExperience leading diverse, highly skilled teams under pressure in a fast-paced service industrySolid production management experience in the service businessPassion for developing the organization and managing processes to secure customer and employee satisfaction and growthFluent command of spoken and written English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, and other languages are a plus
