Your Journey So Far To succeed in this position, you bring.
Fluent in English, both oral and written, with proficiency in at least two additional European languages Previous sales experience with a proven track record of positive sales performance is preferred.
Familiarity with the leisure or cruise industry is a plus.
Clear speaking voice and the ability to use professional language tailored to the travel industry.
One / two years of experience with reservation systems and customer service techniques.
