Job Specific Information.
Leads designs, codes, tests, and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle.
Provides technical guidance, necessary documentation, production support and coaching to the junior team members.
Participate in new modern web development, maintenance, and support for systems within the management team’s area of responsibility Design, code, and test web-based and cloud native services/microservices based on specifications and business requirements Analyze existing applications and modify code to support new business requirements Participate in design and code reviews with peers Unit Testing and Production Support Ability to work and negotiate with technical and non-technical coworkers to accomplish goals Works with databases, APIs, severs and new technology stacks Mentors those in less senior positions Work with technical and managerial leadership to drive innovation and create best practices within the team Provide production support for the legacy application as needed Strong communication skills both written and verbal Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to resolve production problems of low to medium complexity Demonstration of strong Business partner collaboration through joint ideation efforts resulting in deployed solutions Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills working within a culturally diverse development team with multi-regional development team members.

Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
