We’re looking for a stand-out Front-End Software Engineer to join the Engineering department in our Barcelona office.

The Loadsensing monitoring solution includes best-in-class edge devices and LoRa-based connectivity products.
We also join forces with key industry players to offer software applications and solutions which engineering service providers use to add value to end customers.
The Mission.
The Software Engineer is a critical role in WorldSensing.
This role’s primary focus is the development, definition, and deployment of software solutions for our products, whilst ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from and to these products.
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for translating graphical wireframes into functioning user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience.
You will play a crucial role in the development of our web applications, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of the front-end aspect of our projects.
Responsibilities.
Design, development, and delivery of the company’s core platform and cloud applications, making sure our applications function properly (including scalability, efficiency, resilience, fault tolerance, and data security techniques).
Work closely with other engineers & designers, product owners, and other team members to implement complex end-to-end systems.
Use technical skills to close the gaps between new requirements and Worldsensing products.
Convert graphical wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
Design and develop responsive UI components and pages using React framework and TypeScript.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Rigorous commitment to documentation, quality engineering, testing, and support.
Perform code reviews for other software engineers and provide feedback.
Collaborate and help in the definition of European Union Innovation projects.
Requirements.
4+ years of software development experience in Front-end development.
3+ years with React and Typescript.
Very good knowledge of CSS.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Experience with advanced programming frameworks and paradigms.
Good experience with Linux environments.
Experience with Docker.
Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, preferably Git.

BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
A good level of spoken and written English is required.
