The candidate should be able to build relationships and deliver services/products that will increase our students' ability to succeed in their job search.
You’ll be based in Barcelona, travelling monthly to Paris, assisting our students remotely and locally while leveraging and continue building on your network and experience of the French IT job market.
#Responsibilities  From Barcelona, you’ll be the owner of Paris Campus & Remote France Students' Success, travelling frequently to our campus there; Establish clear student engagement tactics and milestones for students to work towards; Assist students with setting up their job hunt with best-in-class CVs & LinkedIn profiles; Advise students on how to strategise and use Ironhack’s resources and services; Create and maintain internal documentation per student on an ongoing basis; Be the most knowledgeable team member about your Country’s tech talent market.
Assist in creating tech training courses and educational materials for job seekers; Share employability and satisfaction reports with the local and global teams; Organise events on your Campus that will drive students’ employability and satisfaction; Collaborate with your local and global team members to improve the service and product at scale.
#Requirements +1 years of professional experience in human resources within a tech consulting/tech recruiting agency or as part of an internal recruitment team.
Specialised in the digital ecosystem, tech talent job market, and recruitment trends; Understand the importance of measuring the impact of your work and progress; Experience in identifying improvement opportunities and designing solutions at scale; Great at giving feedback to people in high-stress situations while looking for a job; Confident leading workshops, and enjoy being in front of an audience Organised, rigorous, and reliable and have real attention to detail; Customer-oriented person, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders Speak English and French fluently
