Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with the group timetable.
Maintain standard costs, ensure accurate inventory reporting, conduct local site physical inventory counts, and prepare reconciliations under the governance of the Manufacturing Finance lead.
Maintain the fixed asset subledger, running monthly depreciation, and handling asset additions and disposals.
Support group and local fi nancial audits.
Assist in direct and indirect tax filings and audits.
Prepare monthly actual vs budget operating expense analysis and variance explanations.
Review existing processes, make recommendations, and implement improvements, including aligning with group policies and procedures.
Requirements Fluent in Spanish, good knowledge of English Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related fi eld and 5-10 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5-7 years of experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close processes, and creating fi nancial statements Knowledge of Spain GAAP and/or IFRS and US GAAP accounting principles and experience; Chartered Accountant, CPA, or similar professional qualifi cation is preferred Excellent accounting soft ware user, including data manipulation, and administration skills are required.
