Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting the preparation of financial reports, and providing insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Primary duties Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry.
Maintain and control analytical accounting by internal and external projects Work closely with the external accounting advisor Group accounting and taxes (4 companies) Collaboration in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Analysis of deviations and recommendations for adjustments Maintain the files of incomes and expenses by Business Units Ensuring that financial reporting complies with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Handling of all tax obligations, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare all documentation for the external audit process and deal with internal audits.
Supervision of cash flow and treasury management.
Mentoring and support the team members Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Knowledge Taxes (as a Large Company)  and Accounting Standards Knowledge of spoken and written English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills More than 5 years of experience in the field of accounting Valorable experience in Italian and French accounting standards Valid work permit to work in Spain.
