Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We’re looking for:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the designated area and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Coordinate and oversee audits, tax filings, and other financial activities.Monitor and analyze financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.Lead and mentor finance team members for the designated area, providing guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and drive business growth.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.Proven experience in similar position.Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong leadership and team management abilities.What we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and a top International Scale Up.Attractive Compensation package.Flexible Shifts policy.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
