¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? The Financial Controller is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations within the sales organisation.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales finance, revenue recognition, and financial analysis specific to the business.
The Financial Controller plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing sales performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Collaboratewiththe sales andbusinessdevelopmentteamstodevelopandmanagetheannualbudget, incorporating sales targets, pricingstrategies, andrevenueprojections.
Conductfinancialanalysis, including sales forecasting, pricinganalysis, andcustomerprofitabilityassessments.
Provideinsightsandrecommendationson sales performance, revenuegrowthopportunities, andcostmanagementstrategies.
Collaboratecloselywithcross-functionalteams, such as sales, marketing, andoperations, todrivefinancialintegrationandsupportdecision-making.
Revenue Recognition and Sales Finance.
Ensurecompliancewithrevenuerecognitionprinciples, recognizing sales andrevenueinaccordancewithrelevantaccountingstandards (e.
., ASC 606).
Monitor and analyse sales data, pricing structures, and discounting policies to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales transactions.
Collaboratewith sales operationsand legal teamstoreviewandnegotiatecustomercontractsfrom a financialperspective.
Financial Reporting and Compliance.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements specific to the commercial sales industry, including revenue analysis, sales margin reporting, and sales-related expenses.
Ensurecompliancewithrelevantaccountingstandards (e.
., GAAP, IAS, IFRS) andregulatoryrequirements (e.
., local filings).
Collaboratewithinternalandexternalauditorstofacilitateauditsandmaintain a robustsystemofinternalcontrols.
Helpingwithdaytodaymanagementofthesitewhererequired.
