hat You'll Be Doing.
Marketplace \u Partner Operations Serve as the primary financial and operational contact for our marketplace partners, managing the day-to-day relationship.
versee the end-to-end financial lifecycle on these platforms, from offer setup and private plan management to final payout.
roactively identify and resolve complex billing, transactional, and payment issues to ensure revenue assurance and partner satisfaction.
ollaborate closely with our Sales and Partnerships teams to support new deals and ensure they are structured for operational success.
inancial Analysis \u ReportingSupport on the analysis of marketplace performance, focusing on revenue trends, partner profitability, commission structures, and customer lifetime value.
uild and maintain robust reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights into channel performance.
onduct deep-dive analysis on billing and payment data to optimize processes and identify discrepancies.
ollaborate on the monthly reconciliation of Partner sales, fees, and payouts.

What You Bring Experience.
1-2 years of professional experience in a finance, business analysis, or operations role.
A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite is essential.

You have strong quantitative skills and a genuine passion for digging into data to find the \"why\" behind the numbers.
