As an F&B Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across both the administrative and operational sides of the department.
Over a 6-month internship, you'll support our restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations-contributing to daily logistics, interdepartmental coordination, and even data-driven decision-making-all while participating directly in guest service.

ssist with daily administrative and operational tasks in the F&B departmentSupport in organizing menus, documentation, and service planningHelp manage inventory records, supplier communication, and purchasing logisticsParticipate in data analysis and reporting to support decision-makingFacilitate communication and coordination between kitchen, service, and other departmentsContribute to scheduling, documentation control, and event planning logisticsSupport during service hours across F&B outlets (restaurants, banquets, in-room dining)Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systemsWho You Are.
