FACTORY CONTROLLER (MATERNITY LEAVE)

In addition, more than 52 million parcels are sorted by our systems every day.Factory Controller is part of the global business controlling team supporting the Supply Chain and Factory organization in Santpedor. The Factory Controller is a key member of the team and responsible for ensuring that the financial health of the Organization is reported accurately in the financial reports. The Business Controller works directly with the responsible Managers to help define the Organization's financial goals and objectives; continuously strive for improvements and based on analysis recommend actions to improve the accuracy of financial reporting.We offer a temporary position as Factory Controller in Santpedor during 5-6 months.JOB TASKS AND DUTIES:Responsibilities and Financial Analysis:· Undertake various responsibilities within factory controlling, ensuring effective financial management across functions.· Gather, analyze, and report financial data for Factory activities to facilitate well-informed decisions.· Identify opportunities for process enhancements and proactively implement changes while maintaining the organization's capability structure.· Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive financial success and align strategies with goals.Analytical Thinking and Insights:· Demonstrate advanced analytical thinking to address complex financial and operational issues effectively.· Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing insights for informed decision-making.· Develop and employ analytical methods and tools to enhance decision-making.Communication and Collaboration:· Clearly and concisely communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.· Collaborate with operational teams, offering financial insights that contribute to strategic direction.· Engage with the Management Team by presenting analytical results, highlighting key insights, proposing solutions, and ensuring understanding and acceptance of findings.Reporting and Compliance:· Generate reports and presentations for senior management in response to requests and initiate relevant financial analyses.· Ensure strict compliance with the Company's financial policies and procedures.Continuous Improvement and Projects:· Participate in continuous improvement efforts and engage in ad hoc projects initiated by Vanderlande.· Initiate, conduct, and document monthly financial meetings with relevant team members to facilitate accurate financial forecasting.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;Experience as plant controller/factory controller (must)Proven experience in finance roles with a track record of effective financial management;Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player with good communication skills, who can multi task and is an efficient plannerA self-starter who is focusing on output and tangible results, who is willing to invest in own development and future, in an ambitious and international environmentOwnership of actions and work product.High level of integrity and ethical conduct of financial matters;English and Spanish high levelWe are also open to hire Freelancers!
