Training Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Specific knowledge Previous Experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Manager / Senior data scientist in multidisciplinary projects.
Advanced Machine Learning Proficiency.
Deep expertise in cutting-edge machine learning techniques, including reinforcement learning, transfer learning, and generative models, to develop innovative and impactful data products.
Full-Stack Data Science Skills.
Advanced skills in software development (including proficiency in languages like Python, PySpark, R, and Scala), statistics, machine learning, big data technologies (like Apache Kafka, and Apache Flink), and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.
s).
Specialization in AI and Deep Learning.
Strong background in deep learning frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras), with a focus on applications in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
Advanced Programming and Scripting.
Exceptional ability in scripting and programming, particularly in Python.
Familiarity with other programming languages (e.
., Julia, Go) is advantageous.
Experience with advanced Spark functionalities is highly desirable.
Version Control and Collaboration Tools.
Proficiency in Git and other version control systems.
Experience with collaborative platforms like GitHub and Bitbucket Risk Management knowledge.
Knowledge of Risk management processes and estimation of credit parameters is also highly recommended for this position.
Data Engineering and Database Management.
Strong skills in SQL and experience with extracting data from both relational and non-relational databases.
Knowledge of distributed databases and big data platforms (e.
., Hadoop, Cloudera, Snowflake) and cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
Data Preprocessing and ETL Development.
Advanced ability to design and implement efficient processes for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation, leveraging ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (such as Apache Airflow, NiFi, or Talend).
Applied Machine Learning Experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in applying machine learning models to complex business problems, with a focus on customization and optimization to achieve targeted outcomes and also previous experience in A/B testing frameworks to assure the performance of the developed models.
Cloud Computing and Infrastructure.
Strong understanding of cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) with experience in leveraging these platforms for scalable data science solutions, including serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ethical AI and Responsible Data Science.
Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws (like GDPR, CCPA), and a commitment to responsible data science practices.
Communication and Business Acumen.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights, and a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
