While executing our market strategy, you will implement our operations framework, hiring and coaching the local team to deploy the city running and adapt our business model.
The perspective of this role is to become the City Manager, owning results and P&L of the area.
The role required traveling in France on a regular basis.
Responsibilities.
what you’ll be doing Strategy and business planning.
set the Spain commercial strategy through market analysis, establish product-market fit, contribute to shape the positioning of our offer, and provide insights to adjust our service to the local market.
Project management.
coordinate project plan to launch the city within the target timeline and budget.
This includes the set up of operations and supply chain, building strategic partnerships such as warehouse sourcing.
Versatile multi-tasker.
you will have a transversal role in the company, collaborating with our Operations, Marketing, Tech, People and Finance teams to drive market entry and strategic initiatives.

Proven experience of 2-5 years in building businesses in a similar role, ideally acquired in the food industry.
Langages.
fluent in English and Spanish native speaker.

Problem solver, you love to get things done efficiently.
