We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant for an internship position.
This role involves providing support to our CEO in various key functions, including content creation, marketing management, social media administration, and assistance in sales activities.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the digital and startup world, possessing versatile skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Role.
Collaborate in creating content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and printed materials.
Assist in researching and writing relevant and engaging content.
Assist in managing and growing the company, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and generating creative content.
Sales support.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and logistical support, including preparing sales materials, tracking leads, and organizing meetings.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers to inform content, marketing, and sales strategies.
Contribute to data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay informed about key business initiatives and priorities to align support accordingly.
Provide valuable support to the CEO in various projects and tasks.
Requirements.
Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, MKT or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(english / spanish) Interest in and knowledge of major social media platforms with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Eagerness to gain practical experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, creative, and results-oriented attitude.
