Organize and manage business trips, coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visa, dinners, schedules etc. ) and expenses.
Manage complex calendaring and facilitate the integration and prioritization of Global GMA business activities.
Oversee all HCP engagement contracting and manage 3rd party contracting agency in ensuring end to end compliance to HCP contracting process and payments.
Create PR/PO's for all global GMA teams and projects.
Manage and support with company tools and systems (Concur, COUPA, DocuSign etc. )
Ensure widespread support with company tools and system.
Ensure flow of relevant communication to internal stakeholders in accordance with the Global Head Medical Affairs.
Contribute to internal projects and special tasks as assigned within Global Head of Medical Affairs and cross functionally.Secretarial studies, translation or Bachelor level education.
Holding a CAP (Certified Executive Professional) , or PACE (Professional Executive Certificate of Excellence.
Holding certification of Microsoft Office Specialist.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as Administrative Assistant, and 2 years at Executive Assistant level.
Experience in Oracle, SAP, Concur, COUPA, DocuSign.
A minimum English level of C1 is required.
