Por qué te necesitamos? We are looking for a Strategic Platform Manager for our Electric Vehicles Transversal Program.
Today, Saint-Gobain offers solutions for electric vehicles to enhance user experience, performance, safety, and sustainability.
As electric vehicles are expected to grow in the coming decades, we are accelerating collaboration between our High Performance Solutions (HPS) businesses to fully capture the value of this high growth market.
Joint projects are evolving, with the ambition of providing a complete range of solutions for electric mobility.
Saint-Gobain’s HPS EV Transversal Program is looking for a curious, driven, talented, and experienced Strategic Platform Manager to identify, manage and develop market opportunities specifically in the EV Battery space across HPS businesses.
You will use your business acumen, leverage your strong technical insights, and use business development instincts to engage with customers and stakeholders across the value chain.
You will coordinate groups of engineers, marketing professionals, business leaders to generate business opportunities for HPS in the EV Battery market.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
As Strategic Platform Manager, you will contribute to further strengthen Saint-Gobain’s global positioning on the EV Battery market focusing, among others, on commercial acceleration and innovation coordination.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to).
Coordinating activities between different business units (within HPS and with other entities within the Group).
promoting collaboration and best practice sharing across the organization, organizing regular meetings, facilitating discussions, consolidating data and documents.
Maintaining up-to-date key mappings.
industry, market trends, customers, competition, applications, regulations, technology, intellectual property, etc., and supplementing them with additional content.
Business and Technology scouting to support evaluation for new adjacencies and growth areas for HPS Businesses Accelerating our learnings from the start-up ecosystem by working closely with the NOVA Electrification team and assessing potential synergies and strategic investments.
Being a true expert in Electric Vehicle battery matters.
As such, ensuring appropriate communication with HPS teams and management.
Contributing to internal/external communication.
providing content to reinforce Saint-Gobain's market positioning in electric vehicle batteries though participation to trade shows, websites, white papers, brochures, and other marketing communication materials.
Ensuring information is up to date.
Promoting sharing within the electric vehicle community and coordinating regular community events.
¿Es este trabajo para ti? Engineer with a specialization in mechanics or other fields, you possess strong business acumen and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
You have a track record in growth and business development and are experienced in working with customers, start-ups and other third parties.
You have skills in market and technology analysis and project management.
You have excellent proficiency in PPT and other graphical tools, and an affinity for visually rendering complex processes.
Your strong communication, facilitation, and moderation abilities, as well as your proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, are assets for the role.
