Keep reading ⬇️What You’ll Be DoingLeading by example by selling directly to customers whilst coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives and owning all aspects of performance and development Managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team Coaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales processOwning your team's training and developmentDriving daily activity, taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter after quarterDiscovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut valuesWhat You'll NeedFluency in English4+ years of experience within a similar role with at least 1 year of management experience Excellent communication skills The ability to motivate and drive performance Experience working within a performance management culture Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesalesA keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales cultureNice to haveFluency in any other languageExperience scaling Card Present/POS teamsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
