WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Join our team as a Senior AI Technical Lead! We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions in Corporate and Investment Banking.

Architect, design, and build scalable, high-performance AI products tailored to the needs of business users in Corporate and Investment Banking.
Transform AI solutions into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems.
Product owner of the technical platform and ecosystem for AI development, including data pipelines, model deployment infrastructure, monitoring tools, and CI/CD workflows, managing the implementation and maintenance with the production team.
Collaborate closely with Domain CIOs, IT infrastructure teams, and the Data/Infrastructure Center of Excellence (CoE) to align AI initiatives with broader organizational strategies and ensure smooth integration.
Establish and enforce best practices in AI development, including model versioning, deployment automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps).
Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the technical team, fostering an environment of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE Over 10 years of experience in technology, AI development, data science, and technical leadership roles, with a preference for experience within similar financial institutions.
EDUCATION Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE In-depth expertise in data architecture design, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), MLOps frameworks, and AI development tools.
Advanced knowledge of AI techniques and LLMs.
Desirable.
Familiarity with data infrastructure, architecture, IT ecosystem of a Bank company.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale AI solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities, with a keen ability to prioritize, plan, and execute AI projects efficiently.
Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
English (At least B2 level) Desirable.
Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and industry-specific challenges.
