ENGINEERING LEADER – EUROPE

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways .
Lead engineering execution for PowerGen projects across all phases—from bid development to commissioning—ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
Manage and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team across Europe, including electrical, controls, mechanical, and project engineers.
Oversee and approve technical designs, including system architecture, generator sets, switchgear, control systems (PLC/DMC), and balance-of-plant integration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Procurement, HSE) to align engineering solutions with customer needs and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with global engineering teams to drive standardization, tool usage, design quality, and best practice implementation.
Lead technical risk management, including feasibility assessments, gap analysis, and resolution of critical engineering issues.
Ensure regulatory compliance, including CE marking, grid codes, and adherence to ISO/IEC standards.
Represent engineering in customer engagements, providing technical leadership during bid, design, FAT, and commissioning phases.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience.
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
