Job Summary： The person in this position will be responsible for working with engineers and project managers to reduce the cost and improve the quality of Trane products.
This candidate will be under the supervision of staff engineers and project managers.
Where is the work.
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do.
Manage time to effectively progress to delivery of multiple assignments in parallel.
Report on progress and escalate needs to project leaders.
Support prototype builds for new product development.
Support staff engineers with testing and troubleshooting of lab units.
Document results and present summary of findings.
Participate in layered mentoring to allow for maximum growth and networking.
Represent Trane Technologies in educational outreach activities with local schools (STEM).
What you will bring.
High school diploma  2 years completed towards Engineering B.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
Must be tenacious with quality.
Must demonstrate strong ownership of assignments and schedules.
