Job Summary.
Trane Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in Tyler, TX.
In this role, you will work with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to develop manufacturing equipment solutions for the Tyler-based manufacturing operations.
This will be a hands-on role where you will assist with process equipment design, modeling, time studies and commissioning of new assembly lines in a manufacturing environment.
This will be a fast-paced assignment, with many diverse objectives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change, and will have a bias for driving objective/task completion.
Responsibilities.
Aid in the development of manufacturing process concepts.
Aid in the specification and procurement of production equipment.
Hands on development of large-scale mock-ups of assembly processes and material flow in a team environment Process analysis to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications.
Junior level studies in Engineering or Engineering Technologies Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Microsoft Office knowledge required 3-D design software a plus We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
