Responsible for maintaining PLC, HMI, Robots, CNC and peripheral equipment programs that apply and in accordance with the flow charts and control plan specifications in the optimal conditions necessary for product quality.
- Create and maintain logic controller programs to automate processes, ensuring safe operation and product quality.
- Creates and maintains ANDON and KANBAN systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnoses and corrects errors in databases.
- Maintains industrial communication networks.
- Maintain and manage updated software backups of each of the plant's process equipment.
- Configures and maintains SQL SCADA systems according to specification.
- Provides support necessary to maintain proper operation of proprietary product applications.
- Responsible in the selection, validation and approval of new technologies applied to existing process equipment and new acquisitions.
- Responsible in the process of validation and release of equipment for production.
- Provides the necessary support to maintenance for the solution of problems in production equipment.
- Generate reports of executed activities.
- Recommend components and quantities to be kept in MRO inventory.
- Inform stakeholders of changes made to machine, equipment or procedure.
- Maintain and manage software updates.
