What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?   The candidate is responsible for business facing support & development for various applications in the End User Computing Area W&CS.
The role requires the person to act as an expert for the global business processes within the function, lead the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.
Who are you… You are a functional expert.
Yo are accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Computing MDM System environment through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgate’s workstations and Servers.
In addition candidate is also responsible for the resolution of the production incidents related to OSD or software deployment with minimum business impact Application Packaging using AppV, Admin Studio or Orca Solving problems and resolving complex End User Computing issues Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio Knowledge for Assets Reporting Administration including Image build for new models Server Performance monitoring Security Updates Distribution (WSUS) using Workspace One, End User Computing MDM System, Tanium etc and manage Patch Testing and Patch Deployment change and Release Process You are a collaborator.
Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress What you’ll need…(Required) Bachelor’s degree in Engineer with 2+ years of experience in core End User Computing MDM (VMware/Workspace One, Tanium Etc) Familiar with End User Computing technologies like VMware/Workspace ONE Active Directory, Tanium, MECM etc God knowledge on Powershell scripting Solid understanding of Windows Operating System environment Windows and Server OS What you’ll need…(Preferred) Workspace ONE operations knowledge Windows Operating System - Windows Analytics skill for reporting and inventory Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
