Your responsibilities Planning production of embellished products for Spanish product portfolio; daily alignment with copackers and Demand Planning to avoid Out of Stocks and solve urgencies Packaging purchasing to secure service level and with the objective to reduce packaging networking capital Support new product development process collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply, Packaging, Quality) and external suppliers and copackers Monthly reports.
Supply Scorecard and Packaging Report Create and maintains the SAP BOM (Product Structure) and runs MRP´s and MRS´s to properly plan and schedule the raw material purchasing, production activities and production quantities and timings according to the promotional demand planning needs Maintenance product version and manage all the inventory transactions of vendors in SAP Registration in Fastsku, of Embellishment references for palletizing and required measures Management of the briefing according to the Sales & Operations Planning at Reckitt Support Senior Embellishment Planner according to business needs   The experience we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or similar English & Spanish proficiency level  Approximately 6-12 months experience in Supply Chain (in Logistic area preferred) Proven background in customer service with a strong emphasis on exceptional service standards Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload under tight deadlines Comfortable working with people at all levels and eager to own responsibilities and drive improvements Familiar with Supply Chain concepts and the pivotal nature of the Customer Service Representative role Proficient with SAP and Excel, using these tools to deliver accurate data analysis and business insights   The skills for success Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, Business acumen, Productivity management, Project management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Customer service management, Manufacturing excellence.
