Based in Madrid, we collaborate with global teams to develop the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Your Role: We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Key Account Manager - Electronics Category to join our energetic team at Miravia. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Electronics sector, build strong relationships, and increase sales. By working with different teams and using market insights, you will help drive the success of our eCommerce platform.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Electronics category, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving sales growth.Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded, delivering exceptional customer experience.Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall business objectives of Alibaba International in the Electronics sector.Regularly analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.More than 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Electronics industry or B2B e-commerce platforms.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of key accounts, with a strong understanding of the Electronics market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.Why Miravia?At Miravia, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
