Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects.​​We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in 16 countries (Europe & North America). ​​Join us and show the world your Power! ​The Electrical Engineering Manager is a direct contributor to the correct design of Greenvolt Power projects footprint in Europe by actively participating in the design supervision and design of large-scale renewable energy projects, mainly solar PV and onshore wind.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements and design.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with designers (Pre-Executive design and design) and BOP Contractors.Supervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliersDefines, prepares and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy projectUnder coordination with procurement department, to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliersSchedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost effective construction of photovoltaic or wind farmSupervise and control that during the design phase the Building Permit requirements are respected.Analize the layouts and reports from the resource department and propose possible upgrades.Coordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Legal, Procurement, HSE & QualityManage and control of technical /Time Schedule /H&S/Quality issues during design processCollaborate during construction process and provide solutions to construction design problems appear, in coordination with the BOP company.Negotiation skills and problem solvingProfessional Experience & Requirements​​5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from PV and wind farm (Utility scale) construction.​All round experience in bringing RtB projects to C.O.D.​Tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) , technical evaluation of BOP Contract,​Solid Design Management experience in renewable power plant and high voltage infrastructures.​Great knowledge of engineering.​Good understanding on how to handle communication with the different stakeholders during the design process.​Keep costs aligned with construction budgets, and time schedule.​Experience in working with Auto cad , MS Project, MS Office, Windpro, Wasp, PVsystKey skills & competencesFamiliarity with the components and technical equipment usually installed in large-scale onshore wind, solar PV plants and high voltage lines and substations.Availability to travel around Europe, in all areas where projects are.Whole understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with designers and BOP ContractorsGood English and Spanish language skills (written/Spoken)Good reporting skillsEducationEngineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer).We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
