Your mission will consist of carrying out 3D studies for the integration of equipment and harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock Up) environment so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.
Your challenges.
You will be responsible for the following main activities.
3D creation of electrical equipment installation with CATIA V5 3D creation of electrical harness routing with the CATIA V5 EHI module Studies and positioning of harness supports 3D creation of interface drawings with the surrounding environment Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5) Creation of manufacturing drawings for harnesses with CATIA V5 modules Creation of harness installation documentation with 3DVia Impact analysis in the event of modification Interface with other departments / professions within the design office Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers Guarantor of the QUALITY approach Business trips are potentially expected (two to three per year) and, as a result, you must be willing to travel accordingly.
Your profile.
You have the following experiences and skills.
Holder of a bachelor degree or master in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline.
Equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment Creation of drawings for production Usage of a DMU and 3D environment Mastery of CATIA V5 software with specific electrical modules Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities Ability to step back and have an overview of a project Soft Skills.
